I’m guessing length is the total length, not the inseam?
What are the size range on the waist. Does small fit like a 28-30? Or is that like a medium? Am I missing a sizing chart?

This has to be the strangest sizing chart I’ve ever seen. According to the sizing chart these sweatpants are strictly for NBA players that all have waistlines within a total of about six inches apart.
