TT isn’t CS, so she cannot comment how it would be handled. I’m not staff either, but I have purchased a lot here on Woot over the years – and my prior experience says CS could do one of three things:
- Partial refund.
- Send a second one.
- Full refund on return.

I (and some others at Slickdeals.net) are wondering if these are genuine Milwaukee batteries or the knock offs that flood Amazon. I’m ready to get the 2 pack but don’t wanna get hosed.
I tried looking for an address to ask Woot.com folks but didnt find an address.
I’m not loyal to any battery platform – most of my “Team Red” tools are Skil! – but my recent purchase of a DeWalt battery + charger kit here was indeed genuine.
