“The Cred of Monster”? Isn’t that pretty much zero?
4 Star Average Reviews on Amazon
Bought these at Target…didn’t think they were very good so I took em back. Maybe at this price they may be worth it…NOT!!!
Very good reviews (4.5 out of 5.0) over at monstercable.com
I wonder if woot will ever have a deal on quality headphones (Sennheiser, AKG, Denon, Ultrasone, Beyerdynamic, etc etc) at some point. And not just some low end model but some decent pair. That sure would be nice to see.
Save your money and get a nice pair of quality cans, Maybe check out Audio-Technica. (I love my M50s, There a bit out of this price range. Just throwing out what I wear)
Check out some additional pictures over at tigerdirect.com

I have the M50’s too, but that coil is so bulky I can only use it at home. The Sony DR-ZX701IP that Woot had a couple weeks ago are suprisingly good and work well with Ipad or Sansa MP3 players. The Gemini sets they have on occasion are decent toto. All decent midfi phones. I’d love to see them do some higher end HP’s

I got the M50s (s=straight cable) so when i’m at home it’s perfect for my setup and when i take it with me I usually braid it.
Here’s a youtube video of how to braid long headphone cables making them about 1/3 the length.
I’m not an over the ear kind of guy. My wife got me a pair of Band & Olufson in ear headphones http://www.shopbangolufsen.com/Bang-Olufsen-Earphones-Black/dp/B000QW70AK?gclid=CL_3-q2turYCFUTZQgodsncAWw. Damn good sound, comfortable and stay on the ears well. Got myself a pair of Koss clip headphones http://www.koss.com/en/products/headphones/ear-clip-headphones/KDE250__KDE250_Ear_Clip_Headphone. Better sound and comfortable, but don’t stay on the ears too well. Got them at the airport and I think they were mis-priced…got them for like $80.
How do these compare to the Beats Audio? Doesn’t Monster make those too?

monster no longer makes beats and from what i read, beats took all their technology and patents with them to another manufacturer

I wondered that too so I put this in my favorite search engine: Monster NCredible NTune On-Ear Headphones VS Beats by Dr. Dre
There are some good comparative reviews, most say Monster is better.
I got a pair of LG Electronics Tone+ HBS-730 Bluetooth Headset at Newegg 2 weeks ago new for $50 and LOVE them!! For some reason Amazon has jacked the price up from $55 to $84 in two weeks. $55 two weeks ago, $65 last week and now $85. Three people at my work recommended them highly and it’s my favorite purchase this year.
Not really the kind of headphone I’d buy for myself, but I did receive these as a gift when they first entered the market and can post (without reservation) that they are vastly superior in both sound and build quality to (my kid’s) Beats Solo HD, with the only possible issue some might have being that they don’t fold or come with any kind of carrying case.
Other than the aforementioned… These are a pretty exceptional WOOT deal for those who listen primarily to pop, dance, trance, hiphop and the like.

These headphones are a great deal for the 100.00 and under price. I am an audiophile and was skeptical, but wanted a pair for my son. I was blown away by the sound and I know they can’t be beat by phones up to 200.00. For those who said the bass was murky, they don’t know how to use the equalizer settings on their output device, iPod, Cell phone, PC, Stereo system ect. I bought 2 pairs 3 months ago at a price that was 10.00 higher.

Is Band & Olufson a Chinese knockoff of Bang & Olufsen?
Fifty bucks is top dollar for these. You’re getting cheap uncomfortable rap style headphones. Great for looking like a 14 year old who saved up his allowance. If you can afford anything better, pass. And who the hell is Nick Cannon anyway?
PS - Just looked at the sales map. Popular in California and New Jersey. That says it all right there.
I really like mine a lot… they are very comfortable to wear and they sound great. I wear them when I work out and it keeps me motivated… you can turn up the sound and it doesn’t distort nor does it hurt your ears. I bought mine from amazon i think for 69.
