Same issue here. Got the smaller version by mistake. Messaged customer support last week, was told April 2nd a replacement was being sent, still haven’t gotten a replacement sent.
Well after the run around from email support for weeks and the promise of a replacement one, I was finally told there is no inventory of the correct item. They refunded me $30 of the purchase price but it’s still the smaller Nerf Island. If there is anything else that can be done, I’d rather have the larger correct item. @ThunderThighs
Unfortunately no. Replacements will be the same item because the warehouse near you has messed up inventory.
