Ordered one of these and it’s been in transit for 7 days! The tracking has said ā€œdelayed in transitā€ for a few days now even though it appears to be located in my city now. Is it lost? Is it stolen? Did it fall off the truck lol? Today is the estimated arrival date but with the current tracking status as such that seems very unlikely. It’s a birthday present for a visiting relative hence the time sensitivity. The lack of additional information beyond ā€œdelayed in transitā€ is frustrating! I’ve had multiple Amazon deliveries come in that were ordered much later than this item too….ugh

sorry for the delay. Unfortunately, we don’t have any additional information to provide. I’d suggest giving it another couple days and then reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

Thanks I’ll do that. Hopefully it’s just misplaced in the back of a truck or something and will turn up. It’s too bad more info isn’t available as that would be helpful :blush:

Well no response yet from CS but it’s not been quite 48 hours - a few hours left. Alarmingly the status
has not budged one bit. It looks exactly how it did days ago. How is that? Don’t they get reports to review or something that tells them they need to update the status or the tracking …I mean it’s 4 days later now lol

Did you ever get it? I have one that’s saying delayed in transit as well. But when this has happened in the past, it’s rescanned at a warehouse. . This time it just left a facility near me and has been delayed. Meaning it departed from a truck and hasn’t been scanned anywhere since. Sucks because it was definitely a very limited and good deal on an 8 qt air fryer for $25. Gonna be super bummed if I end up not getting it, I was hype to make some wings in it. If they lose it I’m most likely not going to get a replacement. Hopefully it wasn’t sent in the original box with a shipping label slapped onto it. I can’t stand when Amazon does that. I’m paying prime and buying the item, like at least cover it up so people don’t get ideas. Shipping has always been discreet in this way to deter theft and a company that doesn’t have to pay their taxes cutting corners like this is absolutely maddening.

Nope never got it. The tracking finally said ā€œdamaged in transit and will be sent back to the sender and I will get a refundā€ or something like that. But it took a week or more to get that status after it said ā€œdelayed in transitā€.

To make matters worse the CS at woot is only available by email and they must be snowed under because their response is taking more than 48 hours. Which is kind of crazy when items sell out so quickly here. They did finally reply to my original email after 48 plus hours and asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement sent and I said replacement but that was Friday morning and I haven’t heard a peep since then nor do I see any update in my order history. So I am not hopeful I’ll have this gift in time since I only have until the 15th to give it to the person who is visiting from out of town.

Ah dang, well that sucks. I will say I recently sent CS and email about an item that didn’t work on arrival. I didn’t get any message back but they did send a replacement without telling me. I got a UPS email out of nowhere and I was confused what it was for and it ended up being my replacement item. But at least they were able to replace it… still a bummer tho >.>

NVM I just looked and they did actually send me an email about the replacement. Still so frustrating I doubt they will replace mine since they’re all sold out at the low price. I ended up spending 3 times as much on a different air fryer, but I really wanted the one that I originally bought. I swear Amazon employees have gotten spiteful recently and likely just throwing stuff around knowing Amazon is gonna pay for it, or the customer is screwed because of price changes and stock.

I’ve read if it goes 2 business days without getting back to a facility it’s as good as lost. Mines been sitting on a truck for 2 days now apparently and I don’t see how it wouldn’t have gotten scanned back to be resorted or something.

Well I finally heard back and now see they shipped a replacement. Tracking says delivery will be Dec 14. If that happens on time all will be ok. Sorry yours had a different endingšŸ˜ž .

… And mine is at my local facility so crisis averted lol probably should have waited more time before getting to worried about it but reddit had me paranoid. Also I had big plans to make wings with it :rofl: I get emotional about food
