How can you be listing the Apple 12.9" iPad Pro (2022, 6th Generation) with M2 Chip, Liquid Retina XDR Display, 128GB Storage, Wi-Fi 6E, Face ID, All Day Battery Life for $869.00 which is new and this one which is 2021 + open box for $921.49… make it make sense!

But agree, that it’s “open box” means the condition, and possible prior activation, is in question. Bit more risk for the money.
Completely valid but the one that is new is 2022 and this one is 2021… 
Woot needs to reduce the price for it to sell in any case… I don’t think they sold any of this particular iPad… don’t see any sale stats for it

Apple has the certified refurbished one for $899.00 and I think buying it from Apple would be more trustworthy than Woot Refurbished 12.9-inch iPad Pro Wi-Fi+Cellular 128GB - Silver (5th Generation) - Apple
You have to be diligent on Apple’s refurb store, they mix in the M1 and M2 models under a single category. (Maybe they offer that as a filter, I didn’t look carefully.)
Woot reduced the price to $821.49 from $921.49 but still needs to be reduced more knowing its “open box” and appears to be the last one…
I think they updated the listing and it is in fact 256GB.
