I’ve been trying to return my Powerbeats - they’re defective and the left ear stopped working. I haven’t heard back from customer service for several days (over a week now) regarding return label / instructions. Is there some magic I need to do in order to get a response?

Hi there. Looks like you made a self-service return on 12/2. The return label comes from UPS.

Make sure you check spam/junk folders.
