My prime days Dyson package arrived…
It’s definitely not the animal 2 model and I’d be 99% certain it’s a factory refurbished. Every bag was open and the catchment cylinder has a fine dust around the seals.
I checked the serial number on Dyson support and it’s a base model Dyson ball upright.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Ordered the same (new Ball Animal 2) on Prime Day. Received used, older, lesser model – Ball Milti Floor Origin. Have tried to contact company numerous times with no response. Somehow they were able to block my review. Suspect this company is scamming people or extremely neglect to costumers. Read in reviews that they charge over $100 for restocking fee if item returned. Just want them to make it right. If figure it out, please let us know.
If you ordered from Woot and you received the wrong one, there wouldn’t be a restocking fee.

I was able to return it to woot for a full refund and they provided the ups shipping return label.
Mildly annoying that it happens but reassuring that woot usually makes things right.
I ordered this and received the base model Multi Floor Origin. Why was this advertised as the Animal if that wasn’t what was shipped?
I’d really like the Animal version, so how can this be rectified?
