Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.
Browser: Use the Woot! Customer Service form.
Woot! App: Choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

I also got an HD 60 X.
Crap. It felt too good to be true at this price but still very disappointed. I’ve emailed support…
They gave me 3 options.
- Return for full refund.
- Check to see if they have any available. Which I doubt since it sold out.
- Keep it and get $45 back.
I went with option 2 but seeing as I’m not the only one that got the HD60x seems like they might not even had any to begin with so.
Yeah, I have a sneaking suspicion it was a mistake in the listing, since Amazon’s price for the HD60 went to $149.99 ($10 off retail) at the same time this was posted. (and Amazon didn’t have any 4K Xs). Unless this is recognized at a bit of a higher level than random contacts to CSRs I’d be afraid any “replacements” will just be the same HD 60. They may be out of stock but they’re likely out of stock of a pile of HD 60s they allocated for this sale.
After the Sandisk “oops they’re really refurbs” USB drive issue and now this, my last couple Woot orders haven’t gone very smooth… especially after the amount of research I did on this before ordering.
Elgato had their sale week last week and it wasn’t even this cheap lol. It was $170 from them. That’s why I ordered here when I did. I’m probably just gonna return this if they don’t have any.

Of course they don’t have any because they sold out so just returning this. Did get offered $55 this time around but still chose no. Great job woot
That sucks, especially since the mothership now has stock in (At $199). Seems like they should find a way to honor the sale they made, especially since we lost out on other chances to buy it on sale. I’m still waiting to hear back from support after they wanted photos of the HD 60 I received…
I mentioned that in my reply and it got ignored 100%. Didn’t even acknowledge I had written it.
Woot can’t take stock from another company. It’s owned by Amazon, but it’s an independent subsidiary that can’t go around stealing other companies’ inventory.

At least they had the nerve to put up least 5 (?) units in their warehouse clearance sale today after telling us they didn’t have stock.
Those are returns. They wouldn’t have been in our hands at the time you were contacting Customer Service.
