Ordered 2 4k monitors, one arrived broken other was not a 4k one

Ordered 2 4k monitors, one arrived broken other was not a 4k one, do they think customers wouldn’t notice? There should be some punitive charges for your carelessness.

If you haven’t yet, please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.

Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS, not Woot.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

Every 2/3 days I get an email asking to confirm if I want to return or replace. Even after confirming a refund. How can they send wrong and broken products, this looks like a SCAM!!

People make mistakes. That’s why there’s a return policy and customer service available.

If you are not employed by them I don’t understand why you are feeling the urge to defend these scammers.

So your interpretation is that ‘by mistake’ they sold me cracked screen monitors which weren’t even 4k (had bought 4k ones)?

Will the customer service also give me my time back? Costco had 4k monitors on discount, I would have saved $100 on them, shouldn’t customer service pay this?

No. Be content with the money.

Stuff gets mislabeled sometimes.

And who said that they shipped it broken? Sheesh.

Many companies try to not ship broken things, though this reminds me of a joke.

By doing something called ‘looking’. And ‘thinking’ when the box is in good condition but the item inside is broken, duh!

Has any of you filed for refund in small claims court? Where should we send the summons? I mean their physical address. I don’t have a good feeling about the whole mess, these guys seem to be up to some scam.

Not sure why you would need to do that. You were sent two return labels on 8/22. Have you sent them back? Once we receive them back, allow 5-7 business days for us to process the return and your refund.

If you haven’t seen the return labels, make sure you check your spam/junk folders. The labels will come from a UPS email address.

You don’t know why I have to do that? What were you thinking when you sent broken monitors? And wrong monitors? And only I have to pay for your mistakes? Who will pay me for the loss I suffered? Costco doesn’t have monitors on deal now?
