So, which region is it for, South and Central America, or something else? Using Puerto Rico or Bahamas as the country might work, but not if the region is Asia or Middle East.
Since its not specifically mentioned (and perhaps implied since its the international version?) that this is not an LTE capable watch?
Same watch just no Samsung warranty. Since it’s Bluetooth, the country LTE won’t matter.

It’s not about LTE, users in Amazon reviews say the US is not shown as a choice country when initializing the watch. Also, although the hardware is there, you may or may not get BP and EKG depending on the region lock.

It’ll work fine. It’s Bluetooth only so no carrier concerns.
