Yeah, I basically just sent another response/follow-up a few minutes ago.
I received the galaxy watch 7 on February 26. I emailed promptly when I found out that it was the Latin American version. No reply in 24 hours. No reply in 48 hours. Emailed again on the 28th asking for a refund and a prepaid label. No reply. I just emailed a third time. The problem is that the warranty requires a huge shipping cost to send it outside the US and the watch has limited functionality with payments as well as blood pressure monitoring since it is region locked. No thanks. Your ad referenced the US version by comparison with a link to Amazon.
I see that CS sent you a return label yesterday.
Update: they followed up that following Monday. I replied with what they needed, but comms went silent again.
Same here… got the oops its a non-us watch, replied quickly i didnt want it and i wanted a refund and not to ship it. A couple days later got the ship notification followed by a reply that i could return it, " i’d receive a separate email with a return label" that i never got. I have since replied it hasnt been received so i can return it and got no response. This is very scammy ( late night infomercial" scammy. they should have never shipped any of these watches after identifying the listing error until they received a confirmation the customer agreed to accept the mistake and partailly functioning watch. Shame on you guys and to make it worse there are far to may victims getting the cold shoulder from CS. FIX IT WOOT TEAM, BEFORE YOU LOSE THE CUSTOMERS THAT HAVENT GIVEN UP ALREADY. Hell, the other item i ordered weeks ago with this watch still hasnt shipped… absolutely ridiculous.

I see the label was created/sent on 3/2. The label will come from a UPS email address, not Woot. Make sure you check spam/junk folders.
I’ll ask CS to resend it.
