Just FYI, I got this last time it was on Woot, it’s a model WITHOUT the hot water dial. I was very disappointed since the pictures show it as having it, but it only does single stream coffee, not a separate hot water dispenser like other models in the series.
Was like 30% of why I bought it, kind of want to return it.
Thanks for this. I was looking at getting this but all my google searches showed either a 301 or 400 model, nothing on the 451.

This is a total bait and switch. It is NOT the item pictured. It is NOT the dual brew Pro. Mod says the pictures were updated… They were updated to show the model that you won’t get. It does not have the separate water dispenser, it does not have a dual position water tank. Let alone the brewing features that you can’t tell by pictures. I have contacted customer service and they said I can return it, but they won’t acknowledge at all how it’s not what is advertised. I want what I purchased.

You can ask CS for a replacement. They’ll see if we have inventory to do so.
