What is the highest temp setting?

Yet another “Refurbished Product Crnter” item that has to be shipped at your expense if it doesn’t work

I’ve never had a problem with woot/amazon not replacing a product at no expense to me, even if it has to ship back. And if they did, my credit card does an outstanding job of reversing the charge with little fuss. Can you be more specific of a problem you have had?

Woot will send you a free UPS return shipping label

Hi there, I believe the range is 100 - 450 fareinheight.

Here’s a link to the user manual.

(Please Note: I’m not employed by Woot, but I volunteer to help in the forums.)

That’s if you want to return it for a refund in the 30 day return window. If you are on day 35 of having it and it dies, it will cost a lot to send it in for service. That said, I’ve bought a couple of Ninja refurb items here on Woot and have been lucky to have had no issues at all.

My experience buying Ninja refurbs from Woot has been that the only paper inside the box is a (usually bad) photocopy of the quickstart instructions. Not sure why they showcase a recipe book in the photos accompanying the item as even the “What’s in the box” section does not mention it. Just a heads up that it’s almost certain that the recipe book will not be included.

Agreed - just a sheet of paper

Here is the thing, don’t buy a refurbished at a discount if you don’t want to take the risk associated with it - that is why you are getting a %.

Like another Wooter said - many credit card companies will have extended warranties including when using their card - it may not be a bad way to go

If this were to break after 35 days I don’t think it’s worth having it serviced because it’s clearly a lemon

10-in1… hmmm… says those 10 are: Air Fry, Air Roast, Bake, Whole Roast, Broil, Toast, Bagel, Dehydrate, Reheat, and Pizza, all in one powerful 1800-watt appliance.

Does anyone know how to bagel? I know how to toast, but I’ve never heard of a function called bageling. Or pizzaing. And what, pray tell, is the difference between ‘air roast’ and ‘whole roast’?

Inquiring minds want to know.

I’m just sitting here shaking my head at Ninja getting away with calling this a 10-in-1, if those truly are the 10 functions.

Just wanted to clear a couple things up.
From the vendor: Ninja makes it confusing because they put “DT200 Series” on the model label and put DT201 on a smaller label. The best way to tell is whether it has the Dehydrate function or not. The DT200 doesn’t have it, but this item (DT201) does. Hopefully that helps clear things up.

I bought it and got a DT200, asked for a replacement and got again a DT200, I do care a lot when I buy something and you don’t get what you bought, this is so wrong.! for you it may be fine to say DT200 with the Dehydrate function, but for me it’s not.

I can be a used Product, new, Renewed Product, Refurbished, whatever, but me as the Customer I expect to get what I paid for.

And here this is misleading with wrong information, they are sending you the wrong product, by S/N, if you call Ninja the will tell you its a DT200 and not DT201.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience with a past order for this item. We don’t anticipate this happening with this current sale, however, if anyone were to receive the wrong item, we ask that they contact Woot customer service and they’ll be happy to help.

I appreciate you trying to clear it up - although there was nothing to clear up

Ninja has been sending out the 200 when people order the 201 - not just on Woot, on the Mothership and other home store websites that are not discounted sites. This is occurring for both new and refurbished units - across the board

I read about this and “warned” people to check the model when Woot had both the 200 and 201 for sale not too long ago and alas many of us who paid more for the 201 got the 200. Some, as referenced above got a 200 again as a replacement for the 200 they rcvd wrong the 1st time.

I am still waiting for my replacement so I can’t say if my issue was corrected, but I too did receive the 200 when I paid for the 201.

This is not a Woot issue - it is a Ninja issue, sorry if your vendor is telling you something different, they are full of it.

Thank you @pepper114 for the manual

More often than not I am offered a refund instead of replacement. That can be a bit frustrating when the item was something i really wanted. The one time a refund wasn’t acceptable, not only did Woot squeeze a replacement out, but I got support from 2 staff members (outside of CS) and even another consumer (Had recieved said item and offered to send it to me) . It may not be perfect, but I think Woot does a pretty good job fixing things. The refunds have always been prompt. And during the pandemic I wasn’t required to send anything back( we’re talking small ticket items), just chuck the detective stuff in the trash. There has been some disappointment, but overall I think they do a good job. Plus I’ve learned that perhaps buying certain things from woot just isnt a good idea ( fragile items, things that should have safety seals [make-up]).

Having purchased many Ninja products over the past several years, I can almost guarantee one thing to you now. Something is going to break on your Ninja product.

Every single product I have purchased from Ninja has failed. One within warranty and the rest just outside of the warranty. They do not fail completely, but they all have had sensor/switch issues that render certain features unusable.

The last straw was a Foodie that would only air fry due to a lid switch failure. It would not recognize the pressure lid at all and kept saying “raise lid” on the display. I really liked that thing too!

Per the manual, this is how you bagel:

BAGEL: Perfectly toast up to 9 bagel halves when they’re placed cut-side up on the wire rack

You can hope so, but that’s specifically contrary to what the written policy states.
