Very slow shipping for Amazon Prime members. Ordered Oct. 22, and as of Oct. 28, scheduled to arrive on Oct. 30, via UPS. Must have been on an EV truck that needed to recharge multiple times as it crossed the country.

Very disappointing. Some online reviews mentioned too many coffee grounds finding their way into the cup. When I brewed using the K-Cup adapter (several tries), my cup had a boat load of grounds in it. (see pic). All coffee passage ways in the k-cup adapter and coffee basket are clear. Bummer. Request for return submitted.
