No response from customer service

I have been a member since 2008 and now I am fed up with Woot. I login using my amazon credentials, but I can not change my email address or password since I have no access to the old address. I have emailed customer service multiple times with 0 response. I never received part of my last order and can do nothing about it, since I’m assuming that if they are replying its to the old address. This is ridiculous support. Any advice? I see they don’t answer phones either.

Additionally, please allow 24-48 hours for a response. Although with it being a busy holiday season, things could be slightly backlogged.

That’s the problem. It requires my password which I don’t know since I login with Amazon. and to reset my password I would need access to the old email address.

I did read the entire post. The first link required logging in not using my amazon account, which I can’t do. The second link I am trying which is another email to customer service but formatted specifically.

Gotcha. Give CS a solid 48 hours. I’ve heard they’re pretty swamped.
