Missed all the drama yesterday due to a busy day. Got both of my OMG items, one to my office (wife doesn’t know) and one to home (opened last night with wife).
Welp, disappointment is a decent word for this. I think I was still riding the high from this OMG deal that was actually pretty good.
Happy about the $7 refund on the kindle but still underwhelming. Kind of meh about the hammock. Neither was a great discount. Glad I skipped the Switch (REALLY hard pull that trigger on something $200+) and the DNA test.
I’m not sure what my status will be with the next OMG. I don’t think it will be the rush of “gotta buy, don’t care about researching”. Less impulsive, I guess. I tried real hard to fight for another chance after the last OMG hoping for super awesome stuff this OMG. sigh
