These things don’t work well for long new, so I am leery of a refurb. Tempting, but so many troubling reviews. No mention if a factory refurb or an Amazon refurb?

I would think so but probably best to check with Asurion directly. And if you get a rep that says they don’t cover things from Woot at all, ask for another rep.

Got here 6 days late and beat to hell. Several dents, scratches and scrapes. Its like they threw it around in a warehouse, not one side panel was spared. I have to return this. not even going to try it. its a food item, i dont trust it. Embarrassing to even have it on a countertop. At least label it scratch and dent.

I rolled the dice and ordered one on 9/29. It hasn’t even shipped yet. This isn’t reassuring. Fingers crossed that it’s not scratched and dented or they’ll be getting another one back.
