I don’t know what brand this is, but I wouldn’t buy it. Over this past Summer I bought a couple of these style (solar cell with cables built in) from the mothership for between $25-$33 and all of them were above 40000mAh and worked well when camping for over a week to recharge cell phones multiple times. Looking at the current prices of the same ones I bought they are now between $30-$40. As for the solar charging ability, don’t ever count on that. The solar cell is way too small to make any difference. One of the ones I have has the full specs of the solar cell and batteries on it and I calculated out to how long it would take to recharge the battery just from a half cell phone charge and it was something like 20 hours of full sun. So in my opinion the solar charger can be used to keep the battery charged when being stored, but not for recharging.
