These look like SafeRacks made by Eagle Industrial Group which sell for $89.99 with free shipping from the manufacturer’s site (SafeRacks 4x4 Overhead Garage Storage Racks | Veteran Owned).

I have three of the larger version and they are quite sturdy. The lag bolts they come with have small heads but otherwise a pretty good quality product. It can be installed solo, but it would have been nice to have a helper (for my 8’x3’ version), so the smaller ones should be even easier.

Found it better to assemble the entire bottom and connect the two side arms last; with one connected at the ceiling and the other arm installed on the shelf. Instructions were a little complicated. Need a good drill for mounting. Good idea to have helper at the last part.

This has to be the most minimally designed quad-copter ever.
