Does adjustment of the height require cutting the vertical supports? Seems like they’re one piece angle iron and not spliced in the middle, which would allow height adjustment.
The listing on Amazon shows each of the verticals are from two pieces bolted together with overlap.
If you chose not to cut it, it’d be pretty risky with the four pieces poking down at your head.
The second photo in this listing also shows the verticals as two pieces bolted together with overlap, so it looks like you can assemble them to any desired length, or just use one of the two pieces if you want the shortest possible.
Specs tab says:

I have this exact rack (bought over year ago on Woot!, exact same model number). Nothing sticks down past the bottom floor to poke your head, no matter the height adjustment (when using the recommended adjustment as per the instructions).
By making a simple reduction cut with grinding wheel to the four long side angle irons, I managed to reduce the drop down height to 21-1/4" (nothing poked down below with my modification either, just as nothing would hang down when using unmodified).

I forget just what I cut but it was minor, not 3" off the whole angle iron, but just a corner tip of all four which was fast and easy I remember, not a major modification. And then I could use the bottom holes which allows pushing the irons all the way together to shorten height to 21-1/4".
The first image is a single set 20ish hole verticals. The other images show two sets of 12 hole verticals. One of the variations is definitely a different model.
Possible that the ones shown here with two verticals could be pictures of the shorter models (maybe the 12-21" drop?).
The first picture is apparently from some other model or a manufacturer prototype. It wouldn’t be likely they’d say it’s adjustable if they expect the owners to cut angle iron to do it.
