I purchased this open box item a few weeks ago and when it arrived, the seat was broken in 2 pieces. Same color, same chair. Sticker on box indicated that a WOOT associate had inspected the contents and verified it was OK. Box showed some wear but nothing serious enough that would indicate the chair was broken in transit.
As much as I want a gray all weather rocker, I just can’t talk myself into potentially making the same mistake twice. Is it possible this is a different chair than the one I returned recently (my refund was issued 2 days ago)? Sure, it’s possible. But…I’m not going to take a chance and have to return a 45# chair again. Good luck and I hope WOOT has learned from what they regifted to me. Happy shopping!!!

Hi there. Likely it was caught when received back. You’d be surprised what damage can happen in shipment even if the box doesn’t show the damage.
