Portable Single Tub Washing Machine

Portable Single Tub Washing Machine

Intrigued.

Do you just hook this up to your sink like a portable dishwasher?

Does it have a spin cycle, or will you have to wring everything out?

I’m not certain it’s the same model, but it looks close.

I would assume this does not have a spin cycle. If you have space and funds, go for the twin model listed because it has a spin tub. I used a portable washing machine for daily washing while living in an apartment. It paid for itself in quarters saved and I could do it when I felt like it instead of that unpredictable combination of my availability during acceptable use hours and empty machines in the shared laundry space. Depending on model and features, you may have to babysit the machine. Mine had manual drain (in the form of lowering a hose, and said hose did sometimes overflow a bit during use) and manual fill, so it had to be drained and refilled to go from wash to rinse. I also had to set it on a side table and drain into the toilet because that was the only sink and drain combo that worked where I lived. It’s better than hand washing and I would do it again in the same life circumstances.
