Preparing For Shipment...

My order is stuck on “Preparing For Shipment”.

Order date March 23. Estimate delivery date March 30. No tracking provided. On March 30 I emailed customer service and the next day March 31, they refunded the order. I did not want a refund, I want the item.

What do I do?

Hi there. This was shipped by/from Amazon. We were waiting on them to ship it. However, it looks like there’s no inventory so they’ll likely send an error to us shortly.

It seems like the item is still on Amazon and in stock and being sold.

That’s not our inventory. We get a set amount to sell from Amazon. We can’t sell beyond what is set aside for us. Sorry.

So did you guys mess up with the inventory?

When I bought it it said there was a few left. After I bought it there said there was some left. As of today it’s sold out.

So what happened to the one I bought? Will it ever ship?

We don’t have any control over Amazon warehouses and their inventory. Any “mess up” is theirs and theirs alone.

Looks like you were fully refunded on 3/31.
