I discovered that labels which I create through PirateShip come with free UPS pickups, so whenever I have a box for pickup, I just grab a random tracking number and enter it on the UPS pickup page, as they don’t match the tracking numbers to the actual boxes.
I hastily made an order tonight & paid no attention to shipping info because I have never had to. However, when my credit card purchase notification came through I noticed the amount was about twice what I thought it should have been so upon looking I see that I was charged for what I assume would be expedited shipping at $12? I also noticed that since then the blue Banner has been removed from all items, which was supposed to be free 2 day Prime shipping that ended yesterday. I am assuming that was possibly what caused the issue? Should I cancel and repurchase or contact customer service for an adjustment? Thank you in advance.

When I ordered some shirts on the 12th, they were noted as “shipping in 5-9 business days”, which seeing how I received shipping notice early this morning, they’re within in the original estimated timeframe at 6 days. Remember, shirt.woot shirts are all printed-to-order – and there are many thousands of orders to fulfill.
Of course I’ve been here long enough to remember when the shirt order backlog was over a month and was completely closed before Black Friday as there was no guarantee that orders would arrive before the New Year’s.

Apparently so; the item I paid extra to have shipped two day because it specifically showed an estimated delivery of 12/24 is still unshipped and now being delivered 12/26. Lesson learned, I suppose…
