Hi there. Here’s a few things to try:

  • Log out of Woot and log in using the Login with Amazon button
  • On the checkout page, check “use this address”
  • Clear cookies for Amazon & Woot
  • Allow cookies from Amazon & Woot
  • Log out and back in on Amazon, especially if you’ve changed anything there (e.g. cards, email, etc.)

Yeah, this is the first time I’ve ever had an issue with their app. It won’t let me log out. I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Restarted iPhone. It’s prompting me for a shipping address and credit card instead of using Amazon info. Uggh.

The app’s splash screen shows, but it simply does not work.

Please fix it, Woot.

I have discovered to get the free shipping to happen I have to “confirm” my shipping address by opening the drop down window and/or by opening the drop down payment choices window and then the free shipping shows up.

Hi there, @BigWaylon. Could you try removing the data for the Woot app and see if that helps.

Try fully closing the app a few times (e.g. swipe up to clear it so it’s not running in the background). That sometimes forces an update.

Have an answer to this part… Turns out our APP doesn’t give an indication of whether you’re logged in or out. Not good but that’s the way it is for now. If it needs a login - eg. payment - it will prompt for a login.

Sorry for the frustration.

Can you do a code next time please. I’ve rebooted and I am an Amazon subscriber and this 10% off is not getting deducted and I’m using the App and many glitches. Confused since I’m logging in to Amazon. Why so difficult?

I logged in on my Amazon account today and ordered three items and didn’t get a 10% off. Why?

I tried several times last night (before midnight) to apply the 10% off of my $200+ purchase and I was unable to even though I signed in with my Amazon account. Can you please provide a promo code instead?

Hello all. I’m sorry for the problems with Amazon login. We’ve had a ticket open to the Pay with Amazon team since monday on some authentication issues.

If you logged in with prime and didn’t see the discount, email support@woot.com with your order number and explain the issue. They can see on each order if you logged in with Prime and should be able to apply the discount.
