PITY WOOT CANT GET THEIR CRAP TOGETHER
These are hands down the best underwear I have found in a while…
yet trying to buy them as a 6 pack is a joke.
'they have come available twice and both times [SEPT 7 and DEC 4] both woot orders came in with a 3 pack instead of the advertised 6 pack.
I know I can’t be the only customer they shorted, and to me it’s beyond unacceptable a second time. doesn’t woot internal mgmt monitor/fix customer issues like this???
it’s always “sorry the item is sold out, we cant complete your order”
what a freaking joke…im guessing EVERY order was shorted and they are out a lot of $$$ .
why can’t someone in mgmt fix an obvious issue like this???
Of course they do, but sadly nowadays many things come from Amazon/vendors.
Sorry about that. I haven’t heard of others getting shorted. I’ve sent a note to the team though so they can look into it.
