Purchased this “refurbished” machine, within 4 days of use the solenoid inside the machine failed. The dedicated hot water spout and the frother are rendered completely useless. All water is routed to the coffee head regardless of mode. Purchased the Pro model for these features, now the machine is pretty much unusable, extremely disappointing.

Just wanted to share my experience so far. As I think this deal is not worth the squeeze.
Coffee machine grinder arrived broken and unable to grind beans. Had to take out all the grinder parts and it became stuck with some clear plastic/glass fragments in the grinder. Grinder worked again but always overfilled my portafilter no matter what I did.
Will return.
unfortunately im glad to see im not the only one that received a faulty refurbished unit. I would not trust Sohnen Enterprises the company that is refurbishing these products. Avoid buying this at all costs.
Just a heads up to anyone looking (though the deal may be over), I also got a broken unit that had a piece of plastic on the inside of the grinder. After looking, it turns out it is the tab that holds the grinder in place.
