Ring doorbell no warranty [resolved]

Just informed by Ring support that if you buy a refurbished Ring product, it no longer has any warranty. And you need to buy a “new” non-refurbished Ring product. Oh and they give you a discount coupon…wow, like that makes up for no warranty or replacement.

Hello. If you go to your order history and click on the links for the doorbells you purchased, you’ll see that both were advertised with a:

Warranty: 90 Day Woot Limited Warranty

That is true, unfortunately, it quit after the 90 days. Although, the manufacturer warranty was not expired, Ring stated since it is refurbished, that warranty is no longer applicable. Myself for one would think it would still be covered by original manufacturer warranties.

Hi there. Refurbished items typically do not carry manufacturer warranties.
