On the royceunion.com the same bike has selection for size. Question - Is there an option to select a size here? Will this bike be good for someone 5’11".

Wow there is a right bike for your inseam I have been doing it wrong for my entire life I always just checked my wallet and if the price was right then I bought the bike how do you tell for girls bikes do I measure how far my dress hem is from the floor?
