Can any staff or reps post the grading schedule for phones that are refurbished/renewed. I seen it before but cannot find it on the site. There was a grading that had list of refurbished, renewed, grade A, etc.) If anyone knows it would be greatly appreciated.

What is the return policy regarding refurbished cell phone purchase? Is there a restocking fee? how can i see/know the prepaid cost of a return shipping that will be deducted?
(eg, if it is a regret purchase and want to just return/refund) vs. a damaged/defective item.

You may return most purchases within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Some orders qualify for a Fast Refund.
