Hi there. They responded on 8/10 with a return label.
The email goes to the email address on your Woot account (not your Amazon login if different/used) so make sure that is up to date.
The return label will be from UPS.
If you don’t find it, reach back out to them using the support form and ask them to send the emails to different email address.
