Reviews claim the rechargeable lithium ion battery on the indoor unit eventually requires replacement. What kind of battery is used and how realistic is it to replace it? I can’t find anything online for info regarding the battery on the home unit.

Vendor here! just wanted to give you some insight on this. The battery used for the outdoor unit is the CR123 battery. Depending on how you have your unit set up. Typically its about 5-7 months you may need to replace the battery.
