What do they do to renew it? New battery? Fix problems? Does it look used? This would be a gift for christmas

Hi there. It varies from unit to unit. Batteries are checked. It could show some minor signs of previous ownership.

If you’re unhappy with it, holiday returns go through Jan 31, 2022

At 200 lbs I’m assuming that range will drop from 28 miles to 18?

Likely not a simple calculation. Need to factor in

  1. Rollling resistance - even pavement is higher than asphalt and rolling on gravel would wreck range.
  2. How much is flat vs. uphill grind that might even need your feet to assist vs. downhill gliding matters as you can imagine
  3. How much assist you do with push off matters if you are frequently required to stop e.g., at traffic lights.

With many electric skooters, push off with foot to overcome inertia when starting helps. With treadmills stradling the support rails and a similar assist in moving start applies and reduces wear.

Perhaps a major unknown: since this is a refurbished item, the residual ability of the battery to hold a charge may not be the same as when new. Good price for renewed as long as battery is found to hold a decent amount of charge.

Can I get an extended warranty for the product (SquareTrade)? If yes, how would I go about doing so, as I do not see any links/buttons to add the warranty?

My 2 scooters arrived today. Where are the chargers? Only the scooters showed up - how am I supposed to ride this?

Also where are the screws that holds the handlebars to the stem? Neither scooters I bought came with chargers, the mounting screws nor instructions!

What is the return policy on electric scooters and would there be an additional charge for customers since this comes in a large heavy box?
