Very good reviews (4.5 out of 5.0) over at SearsOutlet.com
Why did they airbrush the power cord out of most of the pictures? Seems like they are trying to trick simple and inattentive people who maybe aren’t paying the closest attention into thinking it is a battery powered unit. You know, simple and inattentive people like me.
It’s pretty common for some reason. This is vendor art. I guess manufacturer’s find the cords unsightly.
Haha, I have a very similar shark vacuum that I picked up not too long ago. Very strong suction, pretty long cord, not very maneuverable. This is a decent deal.
I just bought a robot to do this for me so suck it, arm requiring Shark! Your name is frightening as well.
Did anyone else order this and receive it without the appliance wand that’s shown in one of the photos? I sent a note over to woot and they just told me I could either return it or go to Shark for a replacement. No note of whether the listing had a mistake.
Hi there. I’m checking with the Home team to see about that attachment.
I did not get the appliance wand either. I just emailed them.
Any word from the Home Team? I really want to … “Woot! Woot! Woot! For the Home Team.” (get the song reference?).
Not yet. Weekend and all.
FYI - I heard back from Shark Customer Service. Here’s what they wrote (I’m a bit concerned about what they say about refurb units):
Thank you for your e-mail.
I’m very sorry you seem to be missing a part for your unit. Regretfully as this is a refurbished unit it does not have any kind of warranty from us. If you think you are missing the part you would have to take that up with the store you bought the unit from (woot.com). I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
