Just an FYI for anyone looking at this - It seems like a nice pillow, but it isn’t adjustable - at least the one I got isn’t. There isn’t a separate bag of foam, a removable case, or a zipper (or any other kind of opening). Don’t get me wrong, $21 is a great price for a king pillow and I’m definitely keeping it, but it’s not what I thought I was getting.

I had the same experience when I bought this. Not a bad pillow, but not what I had ordered based on description.
Please contact customer service and let them know. They do track issues like this.
I have already done this. Thank You! Although I keep seeing this item pop up and get tempted to try again because I love the concept.
It is a really good idea. I’m not sure if the stock got mixed up, or what’s happening. I’ll leave a note for staff and maybe they can ask.
