Oct 21, 2025 - Ceva Tracking details updated / Status “shipped” (Your shipment is currently in process and is not yet available for delivery scheduling. Please check back before October 28, 2025 to schedule your delivery.“)
Oct 21, 2025 - Ceva Delivery appointment scheduled / earliest available slot was October 28, 2025 AM.
Oct 22, 2025 – Shipment departed CA after arriving earlier that morning.
Oct 24–25, 2025 – Shipment arrived and is on hand at OH CEVA facility.
Any idea who does the “refurbishing” and what that entails for these units?

Got the 65" delivered today. Took less than 30 minutes to have it up and running. Other than arriving in a plain brown box and no hard copy owners manual it looks new and has an excellent picture.
Edit: Just noticed a thin black horizontal line that goes from right to left about 40% up from the bottom of the screen.It seems to fade out and disappear as it gets to the left side of the screen. The line is not a scratch on the screen but looks more loke a row of dead pixels.
Thank you for sharing. What’s interesting is I just purchased a set of “certified refurbished Bose Ultra Opem Ear” but I don’t think I saw anything in the glossary you shared about that grade. Do you have any info on that? Thanks.
Certified Refurbished = Manufacturer Refurbished = Factory Refurbished = Certified Renewed
They’re all the same.
