I have an older model, probably 25 years old, and still use it all the time. Great emergency power supply for electronics when storms knock out the power. I think I will need another one…

Just got mine and it wasn’t in original packaging and outside of it has scuff marks and scratches. It looks like it was a return or refurb. Would have been nice to know this before I bought it… hopefully it charges!

I just plugged it in to charge for 24hrs per user manual so I’m going to wait until after that to see if everything is working/fully charged.
At the very least you should let them know that you got a used one, so that they could log the issue.
