Deck Box

the big box measures

46 in. W x 22 in. D x 23 in. H

I like how the “wicker” box is made out of resin. ಠ_ಠ

Can someone give me the size of the deck box with wheels?

I have two trash hide aways. The lid hinges are broken on both bins. It’s really a weak plastic mold point. There is no good garbage bag size to fit into the bin nicely. It’s either two small and you have to stretch it and it still doesn’t cover the opening. Or you go insanely large and it hangs outside and looks awful.

I would stay away. I also have the bench, it’s not as square or as sturdy as it should be.

I have the big box, I keep it outdoors year round to store random outdoor stuff in. Worked ok for a few years but last winter the wind caught the lid and ripped it off. Plastic on the lid and the back of the box broke. It still works but now I have to use a bungie cord to keep the lid on. For the price, I was expecting something a little more durable. Might be ok in a warmer climate or for indoor/garage use, but not recommended for outdoors in cold weather.

Exactly what I needed to hear to decide NOT to purchase. Minnesota might not be the best home for this box.

Target has the deck box with wheels for $62.99

not a deal woot, not a deal

Sorry for the delay! We updated with dimensions now.

There’s a video at Home Depot here: http://www.homedepot.com/p/Suncast-Resin-Wicker-Trash-Hideaway-GHW1732/203240463?MERCH=REC-_-PIPHorizontal1_rr-_-203664069-_-203240463-_-N featuring the Trash Hideaway. When it shows the trash bag in the receptacle, the lid is open and the trash bag obviously overlaps into an area that would be visible when the list is closed… Doesn’t seem us clean looking a solution as I would prefer…

Not to mention once shipping is factored in, Home Depot is only $2 more expensive. At Home Depot I can return it if I don’t like it, AND Veterans get 10% off-- sorry Woot!

$0.65 more at Home Depot after tax and mil discount. Around my neck of the tax woods anyway.
