I don’t know for sure but I’d imagine this is physical. I don’t remember seeing Woot sell digital download codes but I could be wrong.
And it’s $.99 cheaper than most places!
They sold digital keys for Windows OS recently.

This is the PHYSICAL version of the game, NOT a digital code. Hope you enjoy the game if you haven’t preordered it already from somewhere else (dang those other sites and their black magic preorder technology!)
