I placed an order for a digital code. I thought the code would just be emailed to me as there was no shipping. It now appears it will be shipped, I guess as a card or something. However, upon further investigation Woot has my old address. I have tried emailing Woot and calling Amazon, but to no avail. I did update my address through Amazon, but what else can I do to ensure my delivery reaches the correct address?
I don’t know which digital code you bought but check the shipping mail again. The tracking number might be the code you need instead of an actual tracking number. That’s how Woot generally does it.

Thanks for the response. I don’t have a tracking number yet as it hasn’t shipped, I was trying to get it corrected before it ships in hopes that would resolve the issue. I corrected my address with Amazon in hopes that will resolve it. I ordered a 3 month Game Pass digital code for Xbox. Great deal, but not so much if I don’t ever receive it lol
Please check the original listing for the code. You can find a link in your order history. If there is a yellow/orange box, check to see if it says how the code will be delivered. It’s likely going to be via email.

Hi there. The code will be sent to the email address on your Woot account - not your Amazon login if different.
Give it a few business days to be “shipped”
