How have people gone about fixing the issue with the wrong country code on Xbox Game Pass 3 month codes sold early this year? With what I’m sure are a majority of customers in the United States, it seems like a pretty big problem to sell codes that don’t work here. Does Woot staff need to send me an updated code? Thanks for your help.

Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.
Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.
Browser: Use the Woot! Customer Service form.
Woot! App: Choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

Cancel your account. Ordered codes 2 months ago and 10 emails later still don’t’ have replacements. Take the loss as a valuable lesson to avoid Woot
Check your order history, new codes will be there. CS will send an email as well, but its possible you’re not receiving it. Did you wait 24-48 hours for a response before sending another email? If you didn’t, it’s likely all your correspondence was marked as duplicates.

Thank you for trying to help. So far, Woot has told me that there is nothing they can do. Even though they sold it to me. Hopefully, Mohammad in customer service gets back to me with good news soon so I don’t have to keep pursuing this, because I’m feeling ripped off. This is no longer a small company selling refurbished goods, they’re owned by freaking Amazon for god’s sake.
