Xbox Game Pass Codes - Purchased In Different Region - Stuck in Customer Service Loop

Like many who have posted on this forum, I purchased 2 - 3 month Game Pass codes from Woot, only to find the error “This code can’t be redeemed. It was purchased in a different region from your account.” I reached out to customer service, they replied to like many others in that they aren’t able to offer a refund, and requested screenshots of my attempts to redeem. I let them know I wasn’t looking for a refund, only functioning codes for the US region. The reply was the same as the initial reply, that they weren’t able to issue a refund. Reached out again reiterating, same standard response. It seems the only resolution is going though the forum, if any assistance can be provided in getting new codes or a refund, it would be much appreciated.

I’m having the same issues with two codes of 3 total purchased that I can’t redeem because it says it’s been purchased from a different region. I contacted MS & Woot customer support but it’s like they’re not reading my message. I explained everything clearly about the only code from my first order and the second code on my second order. Both won’t redeem, I’ve tried every method and their last reply was asking for screenshots and explaining the methods taken, which I already explained in my first message. It’s really frustrating when you feel like you’re stuck in a loop between various customer service reps
