XBOX game pass ultimate Code Issues redeeming

Purchased 4 pack of xbox codes last year, had no issues with the first code and was planning on redeeming codes when games I was interested in dropped on game pass. I tried in last month to redeem a code and received the wrong region error. I immediately check the other remaining codes and received the same error messages. I reached out immediately to woot customer service, they were great and replied back quickly asking for screenshots which I provided.

Since then it has been a back and forth with different CS reps everyday, everytime asking for screenshots and having to start the whole discussion from scratch. Finally received 4 codes 2 weeks ago however, again 2 were showing incorrect region and 2 showing having been redeemed. I immediately reached out to CS providing screenshots and asking for a resolution, I have not heard back since 3/30/25. Please any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated, codes that work would be great. But at this point almost a month of back and forth is exhausting and frankly poor service.
