Has anyone tried these ? Really need to replace the ones we have . thoughts ? Ideas ? Thanks
I haven’t tried them, but they seem to have an excellent rating on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/Tramontina-Forged-Kitchen-Knife-Set/dp/B08FXVTMDT
I have a couple serrated versions of their kitchen knife, and I’ve been using them for years. They seem like decent low budget knives.
I just used the 8" from the WTF grill/knife set. It sliced taters like soft butter and did pretty well against the duck (excepting the bones) Based on that one meal’s use, I’d recommend them.

I also got the WTF$ Tramontina grill & knife set, and was VERY pleasantly surprised.
The 10" chef’s knife was excellent. We’ll see how long the blade stays sharp and how it does after sharpening, but I was impressed. Very sharp, very light (in a good way), good handle - admittedly this is after just 1 use, but still…
Humm, instead of the 3 knife set, I got 4", 8" and a carving fork… Am I the lucky one?
Uh maybe?
I’m sure Customer Service would have some options for you.
Hi there, if you haven’t already done so please reach out to Woot! Customer Service.
From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
(Please Note: I’m not employed by Woot, but I volunteer to help in the forums.)
Think they arrive tomorrow for me I’ll ket you know !
These knives just arrived yesterday and I tried them out today. Good weight, doesn’t feel cheap. Very sharp and cuts very nicely. I’m shocked this set of 3 knives was only $16. Very happy with this deal. Woot!
I also picked up this Tramontina carving knife and carving fork set from Amazon for only $14. So for $30 total I have a pretty nice set of knives. Not bad!

I want to open them so bad but hubby keeps hovering and they are for him…ughh im sure he will love them ! Thanks for the feed back all !
Thanks for still remembering… Do check though, so you[r husband] get the 3 knives you paid for. As for my case, I had contacted Woot and they arranged a replacement for me.
I also got the two knives, one carving fork set. I contacted customer support, and got a refund, but not a replacement. I was hoping for replacement, especially as this was a Christmas gift. Did you have to follow up to get a replacement instead of a refund? Thanks!
You can ask them if there are replacements available and give them permission to recharge your card.
I was offered a replacement but the shipment had been stuck with their shipping partner since last Monday…
Thanks!
Well, that unfortunately didn’t work. The support representative doesn’t seem to understand the issue, maybe? Here’s the reply that I received:
"Unfortunately, we are unable to update quantities in our system when a sale is active, so we cannot provide you with a replacement from inventory currently listed on the website.
We suggest placing a separate order from the sale that is currently live. Sorry for the inconvenience."
The deal on this item is no longer active, so I’m a bit confused by the response that I received. Should I try again, and hope for a different rep who understands the situation, or do you have a different suggestion? Thanks again for any help you can offer!
Just looked at inventory and there’s none left. Their answer didn’t make much sense but the end result is the same.
I’m sorry.
Thank you for looking into this on my behalf! The inventory that woot! can draw from has nothing to do with whether the same item is currently available on Amazon, then? I see both the three-knife pack and just the single knife (that is not included in what I received) available on Amazon. I was thinking of just purchasing that 6-inch knife by itself, but it’s $20, which is more than the woot! deal for all three knives.
I’ll leave you alone after this; I was just curious about whether the Amazon/woot! connection could be utilized in any woot! issues.
Thanks again for your help!
