It’s wheat gluten and soy flour… ain’t worth $1.75 per ounce. Do some simple math… they want $28/lb for wheat gluten and soy flour. Those hippies are smoking too much weed coming up with prices. They originally thought their oven dried gluten was worth $41/lb. Keep going lower and you might move it.

So did anyone else notice that it said “just released in December 2009” on the Teriyaki flavored one? Methinks they need to update the info on their product…
and yes, 20 ounces of whatever for that price… I think I’ll pass. I know “jerky” in general is pretty pricey, but that’s also because meat is usually pretty pricey I think.
