Waited over an hour in the Vestibule of Patience, only to be logged out without my knowledge, losing my BOC. 😭

I was unknowingly logged out while in the Vestibule of Patience, waiting for a BOC. I was never taken to my cart/checkout, but saw my cart contents changed to 1, so I clicked my cart, and that’s when I found out I’d been logged out and lost my Bag of Crap. My cart says I missed out on it… It’s mocking me…

kids have it easy these days. when i was young, we had to walk 12 miles each way in a blinding snowstorm, uphill both ways, to buy a boc and bring it home. now they whine because they got logged out while they wuz napping!

If it’s any sort of consolation (probably not), getting logged out wasn’t why you missed out. Bags of crap are first come, first serve, so when they sell out, they sell out. Getting one in your cart doesn’t mean anything except you have a chance of buying it. It’s not a guarantee. There’s no benefit to waiting in the VOP after 3-4 minutes.

I’m sorry you missed out. I hope you get another chance before the Woot-Off is over.

You can’t actually do that. It doesn’t work that way. If you were in the vestibule, you couldn’t have known that your cart changed or clicked the cart.
