I just received my refurbished vac and I can’t get it to charge. I’ve tried all the Shark guide on troubleshooting. Has anyone else had this issue or is there a trick maybe something I’m missing? It just rapidly blinks the blue light which is an indication that it needs charging. I have contacted customer service and I know they’ll take care of me but I just wanted to ask here, too. Thanks in advance. : )
Make sure to give it a full long charge for the first charge. Batteries are shipped completely drained for safety.
You might have to wiggle it in the base. Sometimes the doohickys get a little bent and don’t want to make contact.

Thank you. It’s been charging for about 3 days and it’s still just doing the quick blue blinking instead of the slow blue fade to show that it is charging.
Mine is doing the same thing.
