What does this mean and what is the warranty, please?

The two refurb items I purchased arrived in unusable condition. One had a remote that did not work with the unit and the other arrived in a good box but the screen was cracked across the front and had no functional use. It appears you are now using the consumer to inspect Amazon returns instead of paying someone to do it. I won’t purchase another refurbished item from any Amazon company after dealing with these headaches.
Sorry for the poor experience. For TVs, they’re easily damaged in shipment due to how thin they are and all the components sit right behind the screen. All it takes is for it to fall over or some rough handling.
