Some grass. Lots of weeds. Tons of violets. But, after much digging, chopping, and cursing, NO MORE BANANA TREES! And if Johnny Bananaseed (Johnny Appleseed’s evil twin) shows his face around here again…

I have a couple bare patches in the back yard, and am thinking of adding clover seeds
to fill them in. Don’t know if that’s a good idea or not.

and there should not be.
but it has been very warm the last few days.
which will kick the fruit trees into budding early and then a big frost will come and kill most of the buds.
which has also happened the last 2 years.

Angst is a good word! Once bought the pretty little flower seeds, and they are some kind of thistle I would call a weed and cannot get rid of them. Yes. Angst.
